Perspective
Cross-border movements of people, money, goods, and services have been gaining momentum. When investigating economic policies including not only trade policies and foreign exchange policies but also competition policies, industrial policies, monetary policies, and environmental policies, we need to take the effects of those movements into account. This project is carrying out both theoretical and empirical analysis of how globalization impacts the economic policy environments, in order to further understand economic policies desirable in the age of globalization, and to obtain useful policy proposals.
(In April 2022, this project was reorganized for our further development.)
